Grace believes that massage enhances your quality of life and helps you get in touch with your higher self.
She possesses a natural ability to locate muscular and emotional tension and to help you let it go.
Grace has practiced massage in a number of locations, including fitness centers, massage clinics, spas and the Denver International Airport. She received 700 hours of massage training from the Colorado School of Healing Arts in Denver, plus additional training in Hot Stone Therapy. She then completed a certification externship studying Trauma Touch Therapy, which helps clients heal from the long-term effects of traumatic events. She is nationally certified with the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.
Grace regularly donates her therapeutic touch to charities such as Big Brothers and Big Sisters, The Center for Women and Families, the Denver SafeHouse and the First Unitarian Church of Louisville.
Grace enjoys yoga, biking, reading, exploring and spending
time with her family. She is passionate about whole body wellness and spends much of her time cooking and baking (especially gluten-free goodies). She loves working with and sharing her knowledge of the body, and looks forward to continuing her education in the massage and bodywork fields. She traveled around Thailand in 2009 and studied Thai
Massage in
Chiang Mai.

She shows how Thai Massage is a unique form that utilizes deep pressing, rocking, acupressure, stretches and some lifts. This technique improves circulation, increases flexibility, and helps heal chronic or long-term injuries. Thai massage is a direct and effective technique beneficial to both giver and receiver.
